During this time, he co-founded Samgha Technologies, serving as Chief Technology Officer. At Samgha, he helped numerous companies in India upgrade their software infrastructure through open-source solutions. This entrepreneurial venture sharpened his technical expertise while teaching him invaluable lessons in leadership, innovation, and resilience. The insights gained as a young entrepreneur continue to influence his approach to consulting, coaching, and leadership today.
Driving Innovation and Impact in Enterprise
Building on his entrepreneurial roots, Santhosh expanded his impact through roles in leading enterprises, consistently delivering forward-thinking technology solutions that blend innovation with strategic impact. His corporate journey began at Tata Web 2.0 Innovation and Research Labs, where he contributed to the development of advanced social media platforms, fostering collaboration and the adoption of Enterprise 2.0 trends.
As his career progressed, Santhosh took on pivotal roles as a Lead Engineer, pioneering Site Reliability practices at Staples, crafting a single-page shopping cart experience for Home Depot, developing predictive data models for Nielsen, and designing the world’s largest Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) database for Wolters Kluwer Corporation.
